This is my post for some hope that the admin or sb else with actual knowledge posts the actual list with all option names and a description (where needed) and an example/default value

These setting names are required to be stored in

~/.MakeMKV/settings.conf

on a headless linux installation to use them with makemkvcon

But until then I shall document some that I find are very important:

app_DestinationDir = "" (destination folder for files, e.g. /home/user/MKVs)
dvd_MinimumTitleLength = "120" (self-explanitory; value is also used for BDs)
app_Key = "T-MmuN1W@@T6vy42grojtx0fRmmLJdV7@@ZfJ7pyjyi6a8IeXHWjtZedMR8tDG7QCu_D"
 (Key for keeping MakeMKV free)

When necessary/possible I will try to update and add other option names
