I have an app I use to convert mkv to 264/265. If the app does not want to work with a file because of the audio track (I pass through the HD lossless), Would using MKVToolNix to remove the audio track, then using the app to convert video, then using MkvToolNix to add track back work?
I know it will work, as in if I remove the track it will convert the video and I know I can put the audio back, my question is more, will it play right be in sync?
I have setup a few strong PC to batch encode bluray tv shows, so I'm using ripbot264 but i am geting an error with like 7 out of 50 eps of a season because of the way the sound is.
