How to rip blueray ultra hi-def movies to my nas

Hey. I was wondering how to rip my blueray hi-def movies to my nas. I have an asus bw-16d1h-u blueray drive. I load the disk into the machine and make mkv is not reading it. What do I need to rip my blueray ultra hi-def movies to my nas to be played in my home theater? Thanks.

If this is the USB drive Asus sells, you can't. It doesn't read UHD disks. It may have a model number that is similar to their UHD-capable drives, but the USB drive is "just" a Bluray drive.
