Ripping Alien Anthology - 1st disc

Hello
I'm trying to rip the Alien Bluray Anthology
The 1st disc (Alien) is like this (see screenshot attached)

1) How do I know which movie to pick? I believe I've selected the Theatrical cut, but how do i know for sure? There is this one at 32 chapters and 30.2GB, and the other one is 40 chapters and 29.9GB..................!
2) How does the audio tracks work exactly: why do I see 3 times DD Stereo English for example, and 2 times DD surround 5.1 English?
Which one should I select and not select?
