MakeMKV not setting tittle and confusing Handbrake

Hi Guys

Just used makemkv to rip a chapter off a ghost whisperer s1 disk 1 dvd and then when i tried to open it with handbrake it gave the "no title found" error.

Using mkvmerge to set a global title it has allowed me to then open the track with handbrake,

Could you get MakeMKV to write out the title correctly or at least a "dummy" title if it cant grab one from the dvd?
