Missing MVC Track

I have been converting a lot of 3D discs to MVC 3D. Recently I've ran on two titles where MakeMKV doesn't detect the MVC track, only showing the AVC in the selection. Tried to remux the AVC and it works perfectly good. Anyone ever got that problem?
