Fatal Error after processing/decyrptying disc

Since upgrading to 1.10.2, I am am unable to use the program as it keeps crashing upon completing the processing/decryption phase. I thought that this might relate to the issues I've seen mentioned about the problems with the default path. I then attempted to reset the the default path, but any changes I make are immediately changed to the following upon hitting the apply or save buttons.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but the problem persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you could locate the system crash reports when this happens, and forward the information to support@makemkv.com , it would assist Mike in resolving the issue. I do not see the issue here, so I have no way to offer any help on it.

I apologize for not providing more details. It is the app itself that is crashing, not the entire computer. I'm getting a fatal error message that forces the app to close. I could not find anything in the logs in the event viewer.
