DVD & BD rip fine but....

Movie: Zootopia (all rips were done in English)
The strangest thing happened. I was able to rip both dvd and bluray fine no errors of any king reported. Upon replaying the MKV file(s) any and all banners, signs, titles are in Spanish. I did not see any options to remove in the rip. audio yes, sub-titles yes, but actual signage in movie no.

when playing the actual disc everything is in english just like anyone would expect. I tried to add a file to show examples but i see a message stating attachment quota has been reached.

You want the Blu-Ray or DVD forum, not the General forum.

Also it helps to put the title of movie in the subject.
