I paid $50 over a week ago. Where's my registration key?

I sent an email 2 days ago to support@makemkv.com and have heard nothing back. If I don't get my key by Monday, I'm contesting the charge on my card.

Registration key should have been in your mailbox within an hour of the payment being completed... Mine took 5 minutes.

Check you spam folder for a message from avangate.com, which would have sent the key. Otherwise, an email to support@makemkv.com is what is needed for Mike to look into it.

Given that the current 'beta' key was only good through the end of March, this is not looking promising.
