Please help me remove annoying "Audio track: none" message when I playing mkv...
and after that Audio track 1 of 2: DTS HD MA
These messages dissapears only when I convert audio in flac but in this way i will dont know what kind of audio is in that flac container

It is a lossless encoder/codec that has better support in players than some of the codecs used by Bluray, although that is changing in newer players. Your player obviously doesn't support the lossless codec from the BD.
During the selection process, you can also click on the little triangle next to the title, and make sure the lossy "core" audio track is selected, which will give your player something to play without coverting it to FLAC, but, if lossless audio is important to you, FLAC may be your only option until you replace your player.
