Is this software currently being developed and worked on continually or is it a small hobby that one person has and only can work on it during weekends?

as far as i know after beta version there will be a cost for this. therefore i doubt it is just a hobby. i cant confirm this but i very much think its a day to day build and not just a hobby. there has also been versions before the beta version
