Failed to save title

HI,
I just tried to make and MKV from and AVCHD iso and got this in the output window...

MakeMKV v1.5.0 beta win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
AACS directory not present, assuming unencrypted disc
Evaluation version, 30 day(s) out of 30 remaining
File 00000.mpls was added as title #0
File 00001.m2ts was added as title #1
Failed to parse AVCHD metadata embedded by your camera, please report it on http://www.makemkv.com/forum
Title #00002.m2ts has length of 33 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Operation sucessfully completed
Saving 1 titles into directory S:/Video
Failed to save title 0 to file S:/Video/title00.mkv
0 titles saved, 1 failed



I originally tried 1.5.4 and when it failed reverted back to 1.5.0 but exactly the same results.. any ideas ?
