On Windows 7 Pro (32 Bit), I can launch MakeMKV just fine when no disc is in drive, but as soon as the disc is inserted or a disc is inserted when the program is launched, I get a BSOD.
I've tried reinstalling the program but issue remains. Any suggestions?

Re: BSOD when disc inserted
Before doing anything else, please check that you are using the latest MakeMKV version.
If it still crashes with a last version, please provide information about your disc drive, type, model, internal or external and whether AHCI is enabled in BIOS.

Re: BSOD when disc inserted
It is the latest version.
HL-DT-ST DVDRWBD GBC H20N ATA Device (from Device Manager...it's the drive that comes in a Dell Vostro) It's Internal.
How do you determine if AHCI is enabled? (Just go into the BIOS and there's a setting?)

Re: BSOD when disc inserted
In BIOS, SATA mode is ATA, not AHCI.
Should it be?
