error when using iso file.

I am trying to make backups of my blue rays. I made an iso of one of my discs and MakeMKV failed to output the file for me. This is what I got:

Hi!May I ask what software and procedures you used to create the problematic .ISO image file from your original BluRay disc?

Also, what's the purpose in creating an .ISO image file when you're then using MakeMKV to rip it and convert to MKV?

This disc contains a single playlist and h264 video encoded not to BD spec. Does'nt looks like a blu-ray disc.
