Complete PC freeze when selecting file

Hello,

This is my first try with makemkv, using version 1.4.12 since yesterday.
I am running XP SP3.
I have a BD structure on my hard disk.
First time I tried, I got 0 files written, I guess I did something wrong.
Now, whenever I select the index.bdmv file, the PC completely freeze almost immediately after, only solution is a hard reboot.
This PC has been running perfectly for one year with no problem at all.

Any help or suggestion welcome.

Hi!

It's possible that you've made a bad rip of your original BluRay disc to your hard drive.

1)Why did you bother to rip your BluRay disc to your hard drive (before using MakeMKV)?

2) What software and procedures did you use to rip you original BluRay disc to your hard drive?

3) What is the title and region of your original BluRay disc?

4) Does your original BluRay disc play properly on your PC?

I finally found the reason of this problem, they are cause by a vmware virtual machine running in parallel.
