Just ordered, no key. Shows as pending on 2checkout. Seems like there may be an issue that needs to be worked out if it usually shows up instantly.

Exact same scenario as the posters above. Received to two mails, but no key.
Already mailed support@makemkv.com .. so still confident, that the problem will be solved.

Same situation here. Purchased yesterday afternoon, about 15 hours ago. Received two emails verifying purchase, but no key yet. I will try the support email. Thanks!

In the same boat. Purchased on April 2nd, 2 emails from payment processor and nothing concerning registration. If I didn't have bad luck I'd have no luck at all.

Ditto, bought yesterday morning, still no registration key today. Figured I'd give it 24 hours until whining about it online.
I'd held off buying the software for a year or so, living on the beta keys, but I finally figured it was worth it for the 75 or so Blu Rays I have been able to digitize, and plan on using it every now and then in the future. Hopefully this is just a temporary setback!

I'm in the same boat (unanswered emails to support and everything). If we don't hear in the next couple of days I'll probably contact my cc company to do a chargeback. I like the product enough to pay for it, but not enough to throw my money into a black hole.

I just called to ask for a refund. It sounds like sending the key (and/or approving the refund) comes from the makemkv team, who are MIA. They have five days in 2co's system to approve the refund request. If that doesn't happen in that time I'll get my cc involved.

I contacted the company who you pay through. I talked to them and told them that the activation keys aren’t coming over. They tried to manually send them and they said they are getting an error from MakeMKV and can’t send out any codes.
I then asked for a refund and they said they have notified the seller since the seller has to initiate the refund. If I don’t hear anything in 5 days, then I was told to contact the merchant again and they will refund me on the spot.
So looks like some error is happening on MakeMKVs end.
