trouble with stripped blu ray disk image

so basically i already have a bunch of bluray images on my hard drive where i have stripped out all the useless stuff (extra trailers, audio tracks, etc.). i can't get makeMKV to work with these unfortunately.

when i try to start it i get this:

AACS directory not present, assuming unencrypted disc
Only extracting DTS core audio from stream #1 of type 'DTS-HD Master audio' in file 00001.m2ts
Failed to decode audio/video data for title #0 - invalid mux or internal error, title skipped.
Title #00000.mpls was skipped
Failed to open disc

please enable "log debug messages" in preferences dialog, restart the app and try to open the same source again. Then post the log here - it should indicate what's going on.
