Is $70 a typo?
I'm just curious as I registered MakeMKV some months ago. But I noticed the entry update on VideoHelp.com now says Trialware($70) but Avangate page still says $50.
Do people need to hurry to get in under the wire or what?

When I go to the purchase page, they want to charge me ?50, which is very close to $70

BTW: The order page also states "VAT may apply to EU orders. The total price inclusive of applicable taxes will be displayed before the order is transmitted.", so I doubt the price difference is due to taxes.

It must have to do with your location. I'm in the US. Out of curiosity I went to the purchase page. It said $50. Same as when I purchased a few months back.

Oh. I'm sure it's because of my location, but I can't find any information that says that MakeMKV should cost 40% more in Europe than in the US.
I understand that taxes can apply, and that this would make it more expensive, but the order page explicitly says that applicable taxes will be added later in the process, so I just don't understand where the extra $20 are coming from.
