Lost the email with my MakeMKV registration

In the process of trying to clean up my email mailbox I seem to have deleted the email with my MakeMKV registration key. There doesn't seem to be an email address or number to contact to re-request it? If I remember the email correctly MakeMKV wasn't even mentioned. It might still be buried in the thousands of emails, but searching for MakeMKV hasn't turned up the order.

If you come up empty there, you can contact the author via email:

support@makemkv.com

and it may just be that you're not looking for the right "from" address - search for "avangate.com" as the sender.

Thanks, yeah, it looks like I deleted the email. The good news is that d00zah seems to be correct, it can be obtained by logging into avangate. In my case it was actually a (birthday) gift from my folks, so I don't have the avangate login. They're not particularly tech savvy (though they did scour their sent mail for "Guinpinsoft"), but I do have family closer (distance) to them that is more tech-savvy. It may take a few days, but I think we might be able to track it down.

Just a quick thank you to everyone! I couldn't remember the name of the processor (Avangate), but I had deleted the email while cleaning my email. Luckily my folks still had the original email and I was able to get all the details.
