The reason this isn't the case is because the File name is not always a relevant option. IE, the Audio track will not have a file name, nor the chapter file. It would be far easier if this option was made permanently selectable no matter where you were in the selection lest to the left? or even as a stand alone entry field in the right pane?

A standalone box would be nice. Are you using Windows or Mac / Linux? Only reason, if it is Windows, i wrote a script to remove the underscores as well as remove the "_t00" of the file name once ripped, and may help out, so you don't have to manually change every file name.
