Unable to create MKV from M2TS

Hi Mike / Guys at MakeMKV,

first off I have to say this is a great app and the speed in truly amazing.

I have a question with regards to trying to creating a MKV from blu ray. I see further down that you have resolved somones issue by updating your beta version. I can confirm that I am using v 650 uninstalled the old version and reinstalled the new version. The issue that I am having is that it will not recognise the ripped Blu Ray. Please see below error message.

The log shows that you are trying to open Blu-ray files from a harddrive, but the program can't find one of .m2ts files in the "STREAM" directory. It seems that some files are missing or unreadable. Can you please verify that you have a single m2ts file in STREAM subdirectory for each clpi file in CLIPINF subdirectory?

Are you sure that you have all files from the blu-ray disc? It really looks like a broken rip.

thanks for getting back to me, the rip looks ok however I'll try again and let you know how I get on.
