DVD conversion successful. What to do next?

The DVD conversion is complete. I have no idea what to do next. Do I save it to MakeMKV and if so How do I save it. How would I transfer the file to Plex Media manager?

When you rip with MakeMKV, the result is one or more MKV files, corresponding to the tracks you ripped.

You will probably want to name them appropriately, depending upon your settings during the rip. Putting them on a media server is generally just copying them to it. If your player isn't compatible with MKV files, though, you will need to post-process the files with something like [ur=http://handbrake.fr/l]Handbrake[/url] to convert the MKV files to (smaller) MP4 files.
