Could you consider allowing a single .ts or .m2ts file as a source? I have a number of remuxed from BD files that I would like to turn in to MKV for the container savings alone. Imagine them to be a BD with a single playlist of one file or something
Use .ts or .m2ts file as input?

The remuxing to MKV on the fly from ISO files or DVD/BD is great and so much faster than demux then remuxing them with other tools.
