Outside of brand new releases I'm only aware of 1 or 2 discs that MakeMKV can't handle so I can't relate to anything you're trying to claim.

The only issue that I have noticed is with brand new releases that are AACS v82 where MakeMKV needs to get an updated key. When this happens I either wait a bit for the keys to get updated, or I try to update it myself using KeyDB Helper.
