MKV error message

I've been using an older version of Make MKV. Just resetting the date on my computer back to July of 2025 and the software works like this. I am being asked to load the newer version. I wanted to purchase a key, but I don''t see how to do this on the web site and I am afraid to load the new version and not have the key to use it.

Appreciate any help understanding.
