From reading the forum, it seems like PayPro Global automatically initiated a refund to everyone who didn't get their key after ordering at the beginning of the month.

If that didn't happen for you, I suggest you contact PayPro Global support.

Updating this thread as a courtesy to the developer: The license issue has been corrected for some time now. I just purchased one this morning, and the invoice and key were emailed to me within seconds. The key was recognized and unlocked makemkv.
