MKV hasn't worked for a month

Hi, For a month my MKV has not been functioning. Is there going to be Solution? The program is not available for purchase, nor is there a new license. Is there anyone who can help me? Regards

What are you having issue with?

The key, posted in the message MakeMKV is free while in beta, was updated at the beginning of this month, and is valid until the end of November 2025. The program was just updated to version 1.18.2.

If you have an issue, it would seem that you're trying to update some other program.

Edited to add: Additionally, the link in the program itself to the purchase option is working, although a number of people who claim to want to purchase it simply cannot find it for some reason.
