What I mean is: Has anyone news about this situation in which either the lifetime key we bought (and never received), or the temporary key are available? I had this issue on August 2nd, and many other people had it before me, so I was wondering if something changed, in the meanwhile.

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear enough, english is not my native language.

Since I didn't receive either a refund (even though I was told I would have been refunded) or the key I bought, I asked if someone knew something about the permanent key.

just email paypro they have a new set of keys to provide if you fell through the cracks
