Seems I'm in the same boat - purchased a key on Friday, sent a notice to support, but no response.

I also noted that the purchase page is down.

Hoping there's a simple answer that gets corrected soon.

That is odd. Was this a beta or a permanent key? I purchased a permanent key on August 1st, around noon, but I have not received it yet.

I was considering buying a license, but in the past there have been reports of significant delays in receiving the key — and it seems this is still an issue.
So I’ve decided it’s better not to purchase a license for now.

I'm in the same boat.. Just waiting for the KEY.. Mike must be overloaded with requests. Hope it resolves itself soon.

In the mean time I just changed the date settings back to Jan 25, it works a treat. Luckily I use another mac for this without internet connection.

Managed to get a full refund from paypro. Will purchase again when issue/s sorted.

Well, this can't be a good sign . . . . unexpectedly and not initiated by me, PayPro Global just issued a refund for my Aug 2 key purchase. Would be nice if Mike (or anyone associated with MakeMKW) could offer some insight on the beta key and permanent key situation . . . .instead of leaving us all to speculate.

I also received a refund unbidden. I kind of assumed it would be resolved already. This has happened before and he eventually returned with a new beta key. Because so little is known of Mike we can only speculate, which is of little use.

I note that if you stop your computer using automatic time and adjust the date back to a valid date, this works, if you are desperate.
Please note this may give rise to update issues and some irregularities so be mindful to fix the date when you are done ripping.

I recommend this date change system. The advice was helpful.
