Same deal here--bought a key yesterday but never actually got sent one. I reached out to the support email but so far no response. Anyone know what the deal is?
I also bought a key two days ago and haven't received it yet. Seems like it should come in the Paypro Global email but it wasn't in there. I submitted a ticket through Paypro Global and they sent an email to me and support@makemkv.com asking MakeMKV to address the issue. This is a great tool and I can wait.

So, has the key issue been fixed? I've gone to the buy portion of makemkv.com, and it keeps saying it is down. I've also noticed that a new beta key has yet to be put out. Is this product still being supported?

It depends on your definition of fixed.

No, the keys haven't been sent out yet. PayPro, however, has started proactively refunding at least some buyers.

Here's an idea...

...if you can't keep up with your deadlines that you set yourself, which your end users rely on...

Disconnect your computer from the internet, turn off the setting that automatically manages and sets your time and date, and then roll your date back before the expiration of the beta code.

The beta keys are sometimes posted a little late, that's fine, I haven't paid for the software, no big deal. But it's never been this late as far as I can recall, and I'm starting to worry about Mike! Hoping everything is okay

Seems the payment provider page is down, as well as no new Beta key posted, as you can't place an order for a new permanent key at the moment. Hope this is just a temporary issue as this seems to be very useful software (and one of the few truely flixible ways to Rip your own Blu-rays to a file to play in 3D on a Quest 3

My assumption is Mike is indisposed and hasn't gotten to the updated key and for some reason isn't fulfilling the purchased keys.
My recommendation to him, assuming all is well with him (I hope it's nothing serious!), would be to look into allowing someone else have access to the key process in case he becomes indisposed again.

Not a huge problem for me as I have a license key from about 4 years ago that works, but for those using this as a "beta" or just getting into ripping, it makes the process confusing or in cases of new downloads, renders the application completely useless.

There are paid alternatives that serve a similar function, but those I am aware of are a LOT more than $60.
MakeMKV is the best solution for me both in the price I paid and it gives me exactly the functionality I want/need.

As soon as things are back up and running, I plan to purchase so this can’t happen to me again.

I do hope Mike is okay of course.

Had the same sentiments in a similar thread I started. But what's more concerning is that, according PayPro Global, Mike has contacted them concerning this current matter. Yet he nor any moderators, if present, have posted in the forums to help relieve the many concerns expressed here.

Last I heard, PayPro had only agreed to give refunds to people who were still waiting. I hadn’t heard anything about Mike being in contact with them.

Submitted a PayPro Global support request on August 1st. They responded that they would reach out to Mike and requested that I contact them in 24 hours if I had not heard from him.

The following day, 24+ hours later, I called PayPro Global to inform them I had not heard anything from Mike. The PayPro Global agent I spoke with said at that time that Mike had responded to them, indicating he was in the process of securing more "beta keys."

I asked the agent to confirm that Mike had actually contacted them, since it seemed odd that he had not posted something in the forums as well. The agent confirmed that Mike had been in contact with them concerning the matter at hand.

It would seem to be to Mike's benefit to post something in this regard to avoid losing credibility and income.

It does seem odd that nothing official has been posted. It’s apparently not unusual for the new beta key to be delayed by several days but this is strange in that I haven’t heard about problems with permanent keys.
