Yesterday I bought the license for MakeMKV, but I only received the email from PayPRO.
I have not received the activation key.
What do I have to do?
I have sent an email to support@makemkv.com but so far I have not received a reply.

At least you were able to purchase a key. All I can get on the paypalglobal page is "The action is temporary unavailable". Disc in drive, ready to buy MakeMKV and no way to do so.

Hello, today I received the activation key for MakeMKV, it came a little late, three days later.
The doubt I have now is that if I select the "about" option... it tells me that it expires in September 2023.
Is this true?

Just paid for a full license, and have only received confirmation from PayPro. No license key.

I was just on the phone with PayPro. They said that the vendor is out of keys and is now generating new ones. They said that I should receive it shortly. If I do not receive it, they want me to call back. PayPro is open 24-7. They also said that they have received many calls and emails about this.

Same problem, Bought key on Aug 1, and nothing so far. Not even an email with status from the help link. Sigh.

apparently I picked a bad time to buy a key because I wanted to urgently rip a disc _today_ and couldn't wait for the August beta key.
Bought it this afternoon, still nothing. (I didn't make any additional contact with paypro or the support mail)

I’m in the same boat. I bought it yesterday around 10/1030am. Only received confirmation emails-no keys.
I followed up three times with support. No response. I did a chat with the pay company. I was told to follow up with Mkvsupport.
I did check the pay account under products. Only shows the purchase but no key.
Hoping what was said above about them receiving a lot of complaints and running out of keys/generating new keys is true.
