Can't find my registration key

Hi everyone,

I purchased the registration key for the software a few years ago, but now I can't find it after reinstalling the program. I emailed support with my order number, but haven't heard back yet. Is there any other way I can get the key back?

You might be able to find your registration key from the payment processor.

If you bought it after mid-2021, go to PayPro Global: here and find the customer portal.
Log in using the email address that you purchased with. Once you're in, go to "Product Details" on the left sidebar and click "Download License"

If you bought it before mid-2021, go to 2checkout/Avangate: here.
The order number might be enough to get the info.

Looks like the customer portal has changed a bit. I can see my Products Details page, but there is no Download License button available to me. Worth noting that I purchased my key less than 30 minutes ago. Likely these things take a bit of time. Will update if I still don't see anything in 12 hours, otherwise feel free to assume I'm on my merry way and that segfaulted is absolutely correct in his previous comment.

I just tried to purchase. The PayPro customer portal does not have a "Download License" option. Got the dreaded "contact support@makemkv.com" email.

Same here. I can’t find my registration code.
I purchased it yesterday at 10am. I received two confirmation emails but there was no registration code.
I logged into the paypro account. It showed the Mkv purchase but no registration code could be found anywhere, including under products.
I emailed paypro who told me to contact Mkv support. I’ve sent three emails to support inquiring and no response.
Hopefully I get a response, along with everyone else that had posted on the forum.
