Playback is Choppy/Jumbled

I've been using MakeMKV since 2014, and this is the first time I've run into this issue. My wife purchased the Ted Lasso comlete set on Bluray, and I just finished ripping all the discs. Every episode I try to watch is choppy/jumbled. In other words the scenes seem to be pretty close to where they should be in the timeline of the episode, but as the actors are speaking, it seems like the video is bouncing around to different times within the scene. I'm sure there's a way to do a video capture to share it, but I haven't researched the best way to go abou that. Is this a security feature within these particular discs, or is there something else going on? We no longer have a Bluray player, so we have to rip any new purchases to Plex before we can enjoy. It is very possible it is a security feature - a number of disks, especially Lion Gate ones have like 10,000 options for the movie to rip, but only ONE is the correct one.

Soooo, I may have posted too soon, and to add another wrinkle to this issue... I pulled up Plex on one of our Google TVs last night to show my wife the issue I'm runnng into, and to my surpise, everything is running fine! I guess I should've tested other devices before posting here. The issue comes in when I run the file directly from Plex on my PC server (browser). I will usually check the files on my PC after rippying (especially TV shows) to make sure I have the episodes number correctly. I also just tested using the Plex app on my Google Pixel phone, and no issues at all. So, I'm hopeful this is isolated strictly to the Plex Server app on my PC. Again, this is the first time I've run into this, so still stumped... but happy!

Perhaps your Plex server has to transcode when it serves your PC.
