New dvd not ripping

Hi all, new here, first question….
I have the whole series of the first Dr Who on dvd (not blue ray) all the disks are the same but one won’t work and showing up as ‘Error ‘scsi error - illegal request-media region is mismatched to logical unit region’……..etc etc (it’s only came out of the rapper like the others before it, cleaned it but no scratches or even a spec of dust)
My version is v1.18 and paid for, also will not rip Blu-ray at all.
Any advice or what I’m doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.

use a different ripper
