More option requests

Great software. I love it. If possible, I would like to request these options:

1. An option to check/uncheck everything. I only want to rip the main movie, nothing else. Unchecking a long list of things is time consuming.

2. An option to start ripping automatically after putting the disc in, to the finished file. Or least skip the "the folder does not exist, would you like to create this folder?" There is no reason for this step. It should create the folder automatically and start ripping.

When you're on the screen where you're now unchecking everything, on the first line, at the top, right-click and pick 'Unselect All'.
