Getting mixed files ready for Zidoo player

I have some files, older films that are MP4 full files, and I am including cover art images by using MP3Tag (which takes forever). Along with these I will be having files done with mkv from my own blurays. Will these all be seen by the media player(Zidoo ZX9 Pro or Z3000 Pro) correctly. I just want to make sure all the files are pretty much the same and compatible. Thanks
