Re: M2TS to MKV Conversion
So why do you rip to M2TS instead of MKV directly?Yethidran wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2024 10:28 amHi guy's, just wondering which App do you guys use to convert M2TS file ripped by MakeMKV to Convert to MKV file format?

You can use Handbrake but make sure you set the Video and Audio options correctly.
MKVToolnix might be easier.

Re: M2TS to MKV Conversion
No. Don't create folder backups but rip the disc to MKV directly. Insert your disc and click the big optical drive in Makemkv.

Re: M2TS to MKV Conversion
You dont need to redo them from disc and out more wear on your disc drive.
In makemkv do open files and select the index file under bdmv and you can makemkv from that very quick
