Best TV boxes for video playback and Dolby Vision

Hi everyone,
What do you think are the best TV boxes for video playback and Dolby Vision?
Is it only the TV boxes with CoreElec (ugoos am6b+, fire tv cube 2...)? Are there other boxes that are very efficient for you in the field of video playback?
