update makemkv license update question

Hello. I just made a purchase for makemkv and went to see if I could apply the new license, changing from the free beta code to my new license code but the 'Help > Register' button is greyed out. Do I just need to wait for the beta license to expire before I can use my license?

The register link should not be greyed out... Even on my registered copy, it's clickable and brings up the registration box (filled in already). But that's so I could put a different key in, if I needed to.

Ah ok, duh. Well I had been ripping non stop. Just realized I might need to try updating the license between rips, sure enough. Got it updated now. Thanks!

Hi, I'm also getting this problem. How do I update the license? I've seen this issue over a couple of threads from a quick search but none of them really have an answer.
