Video size different compared to other demux/remux tools?

Video size different compared to other demux/remux tools?

I've noticed that a video stream made by MakeMKV is slightly bigger than the same video stream made by eac3to or dgdemux. The dgdemux and eac3to video stream is exactly the same size and the MakeMKV is a little bigger. Could anybody tell me why this might happen? Thank you
