Can MakeMKV retain ALL streams even those it thinks are 'empty'?

Is MakeMKV capable of retaining all streams from a disc, even if it considers them to be empty or unnecessary? This could potentially allow for more comprehensive backups of media content.

If you are using MakeMKV to make MKV files, it's going to toss empty tracks. Using it in the "back up the disk mode", it will retain tracks that are part of files on the disk, since it will simply copy those files to the backup.
