Installe 1.17.3 and now my key does not work. Do I have to buy another copy?

Your key should work with it. Did you install over the top of the existing program, or type the key in separately?

Note that "copy/paste" does not always work between email and programs because of special characters being included in the copy.

Sorry for the delay. I have MKVMaker in stalled on 2 machines Win10 and Win11. The key for win10 machine was purchased sometime in 2017 and win11 machine 2022. I had to format and reinstalled windows 10 on 1 of them, the other works just fine no issues. I have both keys in a word file. Never had an issue before, What are my options?

If you're talking about __MakeMKV__, contacting Mike will get you the license key. Not sure about "MKVMaker", though.

You only need one key, though.
