Is it possible to create MKV without "Original source medium" tag?

Hi,
First of all, thanks for this great software :D

Is it possible to create MKV without "Original source medium" tag (MediaInfo shows it)? I could remove it using mkvpropedit but Just wanna know if there's an option in MakeMKV itself to remove this tag while creating MKV.

Also, why does MakeMKV create MKVs with Format version 2 instead of 4? anyway to change this behavior?
