1.15.3 Shut down when backup

I've installed versione 1.15.3, I can RIP movie file without no problem, when I try to backup whole disc, it starts and after 12-15 seconds a message saying an error has occurred and program will be closed. I've tried several BD with same conclusion.ì: Single file rip is ok, whole disc backup crashes the app.
Does anybody here have the same problem?

Is it being closed by Windows, or MakeMKV shutting itself down?

If Windows closes it, there should be additional information in the Windows Event Viewer about it.

If it's MakeMKV, there should be additional information in the debug log, if you have that enabled.

Do you know where can I find the debug log?

If you have it enabled (FAQ link in my signature explains how), on start-up, MakeMKV will tell you where the debug log will be stored. It is overwritten on start-up, so you'll have to run the backup again.

Sorry, I'm very late. I solved! I didn't check the option DECRYPT VIDEO. I didn't imagine it.
