Mike and MakeMKV

Hello folks,
This is my first time posting here, but I've been following along lately as I was going to finally purchase the permanent key before Mike disappeared. I love this application, and use it regularly, and I think what Mike has made here is really incredible. I really hope he is doing alright, which I'm sure many of you feel as well.

This got me thinking about the longevity of MakeMKV and what the future is if something does incapacitate Mike in the future (Still really hoping he is alright and will respond in the next week). Does Mike have any plans for his legacy carrying on? Will he make it Open Source or maybe take on a protege that can carry on? Hopefully everything will be alright, but for those of us who love the work Mike does I really hope this acts as a wakeup call that Mike should spread the burden of running all this solo. I've developed some applications in the past for my employers and it was always important to me to have some kind of legacy after I left or moved on (or in case I got run over by a bus). I really hope Mike considers that when he is back (Again really hoping nothing has happened to him. I really wish him and his family the best in whatever is going on).
