Same thing - emailed support without any reply, emailed PayPro Global and they forwarded to MakeMKV without reply.

Me to. I bought it today an hour ago. In the mail where i would assume the serial to be it says contact makemkv.... i would like to have what I pay for.

Hey Mike - Still haven't received that code. I will be filing a credit card dispute Wednesday morning, August 6 2025, if this is not addressed.

It is my understanding that what should have happened is after PayPro Global accepted payment, they should have emailed you a key. It seems that PayPro Global has run out of a stock of keys to give to customers. They kept accepting payment and told people to contact MakeMKV for a key. Undoubtedly Mike, that author of MakeMKV, was not expecting this to be the case.
I have faith that Mike will fix the situation so that PayPro Global has a stock of keys again and those who have already paid get a working key for the software. Unfortunately I don't have any insight into when all this will get fixed.

I purchased around 12:30 PM last Friday and didn't receive a key either. Contacted both makemkv support and paypro. No response from MakeMKV and PayPro just forwarded my email to them to makemkv. Reached back out this morning asking if they have heard anything at all and was told, "We have been trying to contact the vendor for the last couple of days, but, unfortunately, haven't heard from them yet. We would like to let you know that your order blahdyblahdyblah was fully refunded."
Sooooo I guess lol will await the refund and wait to see what happens here. Would still 100% spend the $60 again if I know I will actually receive a lifetime key; hopefully things return to normal so that I can. Until then I'm gonna see what else is out there to act as back up to this software.

I'm not even able to buy to even get a refund. Whatever is going on, I hope Mike gets it fixed. I also hope that Hollywood is not coming after him, and that is why things are messed up. Lukley, I am a Mac user and I can set my date back without turning off my internet. If you do this, you will have to use Edge or Chrome for your internet needs because Safari will not work properly.

It is summer time so he could be on holiday or break, I understand communication could be great but he could be somewhere with no internet access to update us all. For the meantime just set your OS time to July and the program will work fully. I've personally set up a virtual machine to do that while Mike comes back.
