Plex's multiple edition support is only available to Plex Pass subscribers. Probably worth mentioning just in case someone who isn't a subscriber starts to lose their mind trying to make it work.

In the past, the program's author has asked for folks to send in certain details when this happens so MakeMKV might be improved.

The OP needed to submit the generated dump file to svq@makemkv.com. A key was eventually created and then everyone was able to download it and decrypt the disc.

Full disclosure, I rarely use Handbrake as I described above. I use Handbrake's CLI along with some Ruby code and a bash script to do exactly what I've described doing in the Handbrake GUI. If the previous sentence doesn't confuse or scare you, try Lisa Melton's More Video Transcoding.

There were some server issues last week that you might've been running into. Or maybe your firewall is blocking IPs based on geography. Or your DNS is being extra unhelpful.
