I bought it off of Ebay, brand new. After ripping & encoding this title, I watched all the way through. All the segments were in the correct order.

My MKV software shows this:

Name: The Hunger Games: Catching Fire ...

If you're going to split them, because you are going to playback the MKV files and not re-encode them to another format, then you would use a software like MKVtools to split them into individual episodes.

My self I wasn't going to use the MKV files for playback, but rather re-encoded them into .m4v ...

I've been using LG BD drives and have never had any problem reading Blu-ray disks, (that weren't defective) even when others are having a devil of a time with the same disc.

I've ripped over 500 blu-ray movies, (which I own) and highly recommend LG BD drives!

The copy of G.I. Joe that I stated in my first post above looks like the cover art below, (this is the outer paper jacket sleeves artwork) and has a UPC barcode 0 32429 07527 7. As I said in my post above, it ripped fine. If yours is different, that may be why I could rip mine and you couldn't.

Have you taken a look at the optical surface of the disk, making sure there are no imperfections or finger prints?

To me, it looks like one of two things are going on here.

1. For some reason the AACS file that MakeMKV downloads automatically didn't happen, and as a result causes the error your seeing, due to not having the latest encryption key.

2. The BD drive you just purchased is having issues, and you ...

I am using the Mac version 1.8.0 of MakeMKV.

I have to post, for those that have the 'SPECIAL EDITION" of the Three Musketeers (2011.)

I tried all of the other suggested files/titles here and none of them were correct, (except for one, file 00437 / t43.mkv.)

This one had just the movie and in the right order, (on the Special Edition Blu-ray ...

If your referring to the area in MakeMKV, that is right below the button where you can select which DVD/Blu-ray drive to read, where is shows the:

Type: DVD or Blu-ray
Label: "Name of Disk"
Protection: AACS v?
