Have you tried to delete makemkv folder where the fw dump and sdf bin is located ? It should recreate folder and make full dump once you run mmkv again and insert uhd disk.
I had a same issue with my drive. It worked afterwards

Your drive can't read certain discs. That is ultimately a drive/disc quality issue and not something which can be meaningfully mitigated via software.
