Yep thats the encryption working against you ...make sure you are on latest java install and make mkv version ... I see 965.mpls

I checked and have latest version of MakeMKV and Java. Still see 00964 and no 00965. Running on a Mac. Anything else to try?

How did you figure out which was the correct one. Cabin in the Woods has the same multiple title situation. The Hunger Games did as well and I never did get that one figured out.

I am having the same problem too. Just sent in a dump file via email. I have Mac OSX 10.6.8, MakeMKV 1.7.3 I downloaded the dsall.sqv file and placed in my data directory. MakeMKV tries to use a generic SQV instead of a specific one. Hey, can you tell me how you found the data directory? Specifics ...

Having created a full backup of a blu-ray disk, I then attempted to open it with MakeMKV. I navigated to the backup folder, but the "Open" button remains grayed out. Using OS X Snow Leopard, MakeMKV 1.7.3. Am I doing something wrong, or is the backup not any good?
